Perfect from start to finish for us, great in communications, very responsive to messages :-) left us some bits, like bread, milk, cheese bacon, eggs, to start us off :-) cottage was very clean, perfect location for us, liked the tissues and little torches :-) overall a fantastic place to stay and definitely would use again on the next visit to the IoM, perfect Hosts :-) thank you :-)

Lovely little cottage, close to town and local attractions (walking distance).

The cottage had lots of great little touches and some essentials which meant we didn't have to run out to the supermarket straight away.

Wonderful little cottage with everything we needed - home away from home! Lovely extra touches of Easter Eggs for our children and some food supplies, which came in handy for the first night and morning. Adele also went to the extra effort of assisting us in getting a Go Explore card. Superb hosts who are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful visit to the Isle of Man and really enjoyed our stay at Maple Leaf Cottage.

Everything was perfect! Amazing communication with host - Everything was made so simple! Made the place personal and was very thoughtful with gift and welcome package. Location was exactly what we needed - highly recommend if you will be cooking at home, as Spar and Co Op are right around corner. But also so many take aways also super close by. City center is less than a 10 minute walk so you feel so central, while having such a lovely peaceful place. We got the parking permit/disc with help of Adele, was so easy to get this and also we were less than 4 minutes in the place and it was ready - so no delays! Overall 10 out of 10 can not say enough good things!

Nice little house located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center on foot.
The house was very clean and similar to the photos.
Adele is a very welcoming host, she was there to welcome us and helped us get a temporary parking pass.

Great location. Cosy living room. Comfortable beds. Short walk to the town area, small hill to walk back. Adele helped with a temporary parking pass, but you really don't need a car on the Isle of Man. public transport is excellent. The Go Explore card is great value.

Once on the Island it was easy to get from the Ferry to the property about 5 mins, John met us at the property to check us in and I was very pleased with the food bought for us to start us off, bread, butter, ham, cheese, milk etc. The place was immaculate and central to explore the whole island. I can recommend this place to anyone visiting the Island, it was a great week.

Adele was so thoughtful in communication from start to finish. The welcome food, fruit basket and milk options, including vegan choices (as we'd asked earlier about vegan food in the area) was enough to make a meal, so we were overwhelmed. Adele met us in drizzly weather to show us where to park and direct us to the property. A parking disc was used initially and Adele had already helped us with the temporary parking permit (emailed beforehand) which was a drive away in the morning. There are also plenty of toiletries in the bathroom too. This property is on a quiet street and such a great location to go down to the promenade/town centre. It allowed us to have a mini family holiday together whilst attending a wedding on the Isle of Man. This was my 1st airbnb booking, so Adele and John have set the bar high! I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Really attentive hosts. The small touches made it feel very homely. Would have no issue in recommending as a destination. Lots of convenience close by and a 10 min stroll to the city.

Great place! Adele met us by the door when we arrived. After our long journey from US we were very pleasantly surprised to find milk, eggs, cold cuts and cheese in the fridge. The place is in the immaculate condition, very clean and comfortable. Located on a quiet street. Adele was very helpful in explaining local parking rules. Adele responded to every text immediately. We have relatives on the island and hopefully will come back again. We would be very happy to stay at Adele's place again.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Good size space for 3-4persons. Excellent location. Snacks and breakfast stuffs in the fridge are very generous thoughts. Highly recommend.

Really great stay. Lovely hosts and nice apartment. There was food in the kitchen, which was a lifesaver due to our delayed arrival. Kitchen had everything we needed to cooking as well. Comfortable lounge with games and the bathroom with toiletries just made this one of the best stays we have had in a while.
